1. About MyFortniteStats

MyFortniteStats ("we", "our", "the site") is an independent, fan-made Fortnite statistics tracking platform available at myfortnitestats.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Epic Games or the Fortnite franchise in any way.

Fortnite and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong to Epic Games, Inc.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use this service.

3. Use of the Service

You may use MyFortniteStats for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the site without written permission

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit our platform or APIs
  • Use our service to harass, defame, or harm other players

4. Epic Games Login

We offer optional login via Epic Games OAuth. By using this feature, you grant us permission to access your Epic Games display name and account ID. We do not access, store, or use your password or any financial information.

You can revoke access at any time through your Epic Games account settings. Logging out removes your session data from our servers.

5. Data and Statistics

All game statistics are retrieved from the Epic Games API and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any statistics. Data may be delayed, cached, or temporarily unavailable.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and original content of MyFortniteStats are our intellectual property. Fortnite-related assets belong to Epic Games and are used in a fan context. You may not copy or redistribute our original content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MyFortniteStats is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that data will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this service.
